Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three years of supervisory experience in food and beverage management preferred
- knowledge of cocktail, beverage, and lounge/bar operations
- complete knowledge of health and safety regulations
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- ability to comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- ability to lead and mentor a team
- excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly and professionally, oversee the conceptual elements of each venue's operation including service style and ambiance, manage ordering and maintain par levels for each beverage outlet, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, monitor drink preparation and presentation to maintain quality, respond to guest questions and complaints promptly, manage business finances to meet budget guidelines, train and mentor staff to maintain service excellence, ensure work area cleanliness and organization, conduct department orientation and training sessions, forecast staff requirements and prepare work rosters, inspect facilities and equipment for maintenance needs
