Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage and oversee the daily operations of the bar and cocktail restaurant
- create and execute innovative cocktail recipes and beverage menus
- research and stay updated on the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- develop and maintain staff schedules while optimizing labor costs
- lead, mentor, and train the beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- manage administrative tasks including inventory control, payroll processing, and cost management
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
