Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • experience managing a cocktail restaurant and bar for at least 3 years
  • ability to execute creative cocktail recipes and stay informed of beverage trends

  • proficient in administrative duties including inventory and payroll

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or similar roles
  • at least 3 years of experience managing a cocktail bar or restaurant
  • proven ability to create creative and trend-conscious cocktail recipes
  • experience in staff scheduling and labor cost optimization
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent organizational and technical abilities
  • ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • proficient in inventory, payroll, and cost control management

Job Duties

  • manage and oversee the daily operations of the bar and cocktail restaurant
  • create and execute innovative cocktail recipes and beverage menus
  • research and stay updated on the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
  • develop and maintain staff schedules while optimizing labor costs
  • lead, mentor, and train the beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • manage administrative tasks including inventory control, payroll processing, and cost management
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
