Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of similar work experience
- at least 3 years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
- knowledge of creative cocktail recipe development
- experience with industry trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine

- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- proven administrative experience in inventory management, payroll, and cost control
Job Duties
- manage the daily operations of the bar and cocktail services
- execute creative cocktail recipes and stay updated on trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- schedule staff and minimize labor costs
- streamline processes for efficiency
- train and mentor bar staff
- handle administrative tasks including inventory, payroll, and cost control
