Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of similar work experience
  • at least 3 years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • knowledge of creative cocktail recipe development
  • experience with industry trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proven administrative experience in inventory management, payroll, and cost control

Job Duties

  • manage the daily operations of the bar and cocktail services
  • execute creative cocktail recipes and stay updated on trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
  • schedule staff and minimize labor costs
  • streamline processes for efficiency
  • train and mentor bar staff
  • handle administrative tasks including inventory, payroll, and cost control
  • lead and engage a motivated team to deliver exceptional service
