Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year management experience preferably in Food & Beverage
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ability to grasp, bend, lift or carry goods weighing up to 35 lbs
- Ability to use office equipment including computer keyboard, calculator, and multi-line telephone
- Must comply with safety and liquor regulations
- Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations and heavy hotel activity
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to supervise and lead staff
- Adherence to control procedures for beverage and labor costs
- Ability to maintain neat and clean appearance

Job Duties
- Oversee work performance of employees to ensure proper level of service is provided
- Prepare weekly and daily work schedules based on business flow and hotel events
- Analyze accounting information to determine satisfactory departmental progression
- Analyze reports to control costs and enhance revenue
- Prepare forecasts and budgets
- Ensure smooth running of the beverage department
- Abide by state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- Report suspicious persons or activities and hazardous conditions to supervisors or safety personnel
- Provide instructions and guidance for guest and employee safety in emergency situations
- Abide by all state and corporate gaming regulations pertaining to minors in gaming areas
