Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years beverage program management experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Alcohol Safety Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite
- Ability and willingness to visit each location once a month for training and collaboration
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food/beverage frequently weighing up to 20-25 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years beverage program management experience
- Proficient understanding of multi-faceted beverage programs and industry trends
- Extensive P & L management and data analysis experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Alcohol Safety Certification
- Extensive wine and spirits knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite
- Ability and willingness to visit each location once a month for training and collaboration
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Duties
- Roll-out of new programs, drinks, and specials
- Training staff to ensure beverage, liquor, beer, and wine knowledge
- Train staff in alcohol certifications
- Train staff to push an increase in beverage sales, overall beverage selling techniques, and how to generate experience enhancing sales
- Control the costs of goods and inventory, searching for ways to reduce without compromising quality and brand
- Weekly inventory review of all restaurants
- Work with the Director of Operations in reviewing the beverage menu for enhancement opportunities and determining departmental financial goals/targets
- Assist with review of updated beverage menus and menu item analysis
- Menu creation, including seasonal, specials, and happy hour
- Assist with review of updated bar related FOH policies
- Data analysis from various systems to seek out trends, profitability, and viability
- Creativity to match markets and trends
