Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years food and beverage management experience
- Ability to understand and write English
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Micros POS
- Holder of Manager Serv Safe certification
- Holder of Alcohol Compliance certification

Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus while performing duties
- Assure operational expenses and costs are in line with budgets
- Monitor and control payroll expenses as outlined in annual budgets
- Manage entertainment schedules and assist marketing director with promotions
- Delegate tasks for ordering supplies and follow up to assure accuracies
- Perform monthly inventories and update beverage prices on spreadsheet
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
- Maintain professional bar image, including noise levels, behavior, environment cleanliness, proper associate uniforms, and appearance standards
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
