Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of progressive hospitality operations experience
- Minimum two years in a leadership position overseeing a department, ideally with beverage departments
- Experience leading large teams, both in a bargaining and non-bargaining environment
- Ability to work nights and weekends and holidays as business demands
- Strong organizational skills, solution-driven, analytical thinker
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills which include being able to comfortably sell new ideas and strategies at all levels of the organization
- Proactive with an attention to details
- Able to set priorities, work schedules, and meet department deadlines
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Maintain exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships on behalf of Rio Las Vegas
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards within all bars, lounges and showrooms
- Uphold policies and procedures in areas of oversight to ensure elevated guest service standards
- Understand and communicate market trends and property-wide events with the team
- Assess and communicate operational opportunities with Food and Beverage leadership
- Ensure proper ordering and inventory in all areas of oversight
- Support beverage activations and promotions in multiple areas
- Assist in the mixology and beverage menu development programs
- Menu engineering and development to attract existing and future guests to the outlet and property
- Celebrate the teams successes and make employee engagement top priority
- Accountable for team member performance and ability to coach team members to ensure department and company success
- Engage in the financial performance and analytic metrics in all areas of oversight
- Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Build and maintain positive relationships with beverage partners to enhance the overall beverage program and activations at the property
- Ability to manage and develop a casino beverage program
