Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of restaurant management experience at department head level
- College degree preferred in hotel or restaurant management or business administration
- Food Handler Certification
- Responsible Beverage Service Training
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets and teams
- Knowledge of food and beverage cost control and budgeting
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Excellent proficiency in English - writing, reading, and speaking
- College degree preferred in hotel or restaurant management, business administration
- Minimum five years of restaurant management experience at department head level
- Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service Training required
Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage outlets, banquet, and bar operations daily
- Control and maintain standards of performance, conduct, grooming, appearance, and sanitation
- Develop and implement goals and strategies to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee training and development of new and current food and beverage staff
- Monitor and control expenses with focus on revenue and profit maximization
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and beverage programs
- Collaborate with culinary team to maintain quality and guest satisfaction
