Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area or two years of experience with a two-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- Knowledge of beverage control including inventory, portion control, and cost control
- Ability to enforce liquor laws and policies
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Manage beverage operations including compliance with policies and procedures
- Promote and assist with lounge and menu planning
- Maintain beverage inventory controls and cost management
- Lead training and supervision of beverage staff
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest feedback
- Support human resources activities including employee orientation and corrective actions
- Assist culinary and other food and beverage outlets as needed
