Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area or two years of experience with a two-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • Knowledge of beverage control including inventory, portion control, and cost control
  • Ability to enforce liquor laws and policies
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of beverage operations and liquor laws
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial statements

Job Duties

  • Manage beverage operations including compliance with policies and procedures
  • Promote and assist with lounge and menu planning
  • Maintain beverage inventory controls and cost management
  • Lead training and supervision of beverage staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest feedback
  • Support human resources activities including employee orientation and corrective actions
  • Assist culinary and other food and beverage outlets as needed
