Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of experience managing a bar or beverage program in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation techniques
  • ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • creativity in beverage menu development and execution
  • familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain compliance with licensing and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing a high-volume bar or beverage program, preferably in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation techniques
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused operation
  • Demonstrated creativity in menu development and execution
  • Familiarity with beverage cost control, inventory systems, and vendor management
  • WSET Spirits Certification or similar beverage education is a plus but not required
  • Passion for hospitality and the Wolfgang Puck brand values of excellence, innovation, and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily operations of the bar and beverage program, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Design, implement, and train staff on seasonal craft cocktail menus
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control strategies
  • Foster a strong beverage culture through education, mentoring, and service training
  • Maintain all licensing, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with the management team to support guest service, team performance, and operational goals
