- 1-2 years of prior beverage management experience

Job Duties
- Responsible for the beverage operations of Perseid and Augustine Lounge and other activations as applicable
- training and development of bartenders to ensure seamless and luxurious guest service
- purchasing, invoicing, coding, and inventory management
- manages schedule and payroll for colleagues
- communicate information to the beverage team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered
- ensure a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department
- supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance, and conduct of the service team
- monitor and respond to guest experience opportunities in real-time
- roll out and execute initial training as well as continuing education for colleagues
- coach colleagues in the moment for both celebrations and opportunities
- design seasonal and event drink menus for our outlets
