Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must be 21 or older for Beverage Server, Barback, Bartender positions
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- capability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues tactfully
- ability to handle confidential information
- strong managerial and organizational skills
- prior gaming experience preferred
- ability to support business needs and departmental goals
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- minimum of four years supervisory experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to present information effectively
- strong numerical skills including ability to compute rates and interpret graphs
- ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- must be able to obtain and maintain Colorado Gaming License
- must pass TiPS Responsible Gaming course
Job Duties
- Supervise and manage staff in the beverage department
- develop, implement and manage operational goals
- monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
- create effective and efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs
- establish product menu and record product inventories
- create and maintain beverage department policies and procedures to control costs
- communicate with other departments
- provide beverage support for special events
- monitor inventory of all beverage product
- assist in budget process
- ensure compliance with customer service standards
- ensure regulatory compliance
- maintain confidentiality
- manage staff development and training
- implement rewards and recognition program
- evaluate team members and deliver feedback
- recommend staffing and scheduling
- determine work procedures and expedite workflow
- manage employee performance including disciplining, coaching, and counseling
