Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in a restaurant management role
- Minimum one year experience in beverage manager role
- Kind demeanor
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine desire to provide thoughtful hospitality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to serve alcohol
- Basic knowledge of hospitality principles
- Basic knowledge of beverages including beer, wine, and spirits
- Experience managing beverage programs
- Certifications in beer, wine or spirits preferred
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Ability to see and observe in dim conditions
- Manual coordination to carry trays loaded with food and beverages.

Job Duties
- Showcase an inherent desire to take care of others
- Manage the Beverage Program including placing orders, inventory management, staff education, research and development, curating selections in collaboration with Director of Beverage, adhering to mandated selections balancing additional placements, educating guests, managing beverage profit and loss, upholding standard operating procedures, ensuring product quality and execution, achieving cost and sales budgets, managing point of sale and inventory systems
- Be a leader on the floor during service acting as owner and General Manager
- Assist in training, managing, and coaching hourly staff providing support and in-the-moment feedback
- Ensure hourly staff adherence to hospitality and service standards
- Cultivate a fun, friendly, positive work environment modeling kindness, empathy, hard work, and diligence
- Help open and close the restaurant managing the floor approximately five shifts per week
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, staff training and development, and ongoing assessments
- Respond to staff inquiries and grievances professionally
- Maintain awareness to enhance guest experience and service standards
- Move with urgency to deliver world-class hospitality and service
- Assist the restaurant team in service execution including greeting guests, delivering water, drinks, and food, clearing and resetting tables, working host stand and expo
- Remain attentive to guests throughout dining experience adhering to service standards
- Multi-task and stay organized under high-pressure situations
- Respond to guest inquiries and comments providing timely and knowledgeable information
- Present a clean professional appearance and maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned.
