Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in beverage management in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining environment
- extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach
- exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue
- fluency in English
- certification as sommelier or mixologist is a plus
- responsible beverage service certification (TIPS or equivalent) preferred
- flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- develop and implement innovative beverage programs that reflect current trends, guest preferences, and the resort's luxury standards
- curate and manage a diverse wine list, cocktail menu, and non-alcoholic options
- oversee seasonal updates to beverage offerings ensuring consistent quality and creativity
- lead, motivate, and mentor a team of beverage managers, bartenders, sommeliers, and support staff
- create an engaging and educational environment with training on product knowledge, customer service, and drink preparation
- maintain the highest standards of guest service for all beverage-related experiences
- engage with guests to personalize beverage offerings and handle feedback
- manage beverage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships for cost control
- oversee maintenance and cleanliness of bars, storage areas, and equipment
- ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations for alcohol service
- collaborate with other resort departments to integrate beverages into dining experiences
- stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative concepts
- plan and execute special events, tastings, and promotions
- develop and manage the beverage department's budget focusing on profitability and quality
- monitor beverage cost percentage, labor costs, and revenue targets
