Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of beverage management experience in luxury hospitality fine dining or high-end cultural venues
- Strong knowledge of global wine regions artisanal spirits mixology and emerging non-alcoholic trends
- Certified sommelier cicerone or equivalent beverage certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing beverage costs forecasting and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership communication and training skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of the beverage program including wine beer spirits cocktails and non-alcoholic selections with a focus on quality creativity and brand alignment
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop beverage pairings seasonal menus and special programming
- Manage purchasing vendor relationships inventory control and monthly beverage cost reporting ensuring adherence to budgetary goals
- Train mentor and support bartenders servers and front-of-house staff in beverage knowledge mixology skills and responsible service standards
- Maintain compliance with all federal state and local regulations regarding alcohol service
- Create innovative guest experiences through beverage events tastings and promotions
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction addressing concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure beverage areas and bars are maintained in pristine condition with a focus on safety sanitation and presentation
