Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in beverage management in luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue
- Expertise in mixology, wine pairings, and beverage trends
- Guest-centric personality with passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Fluency in English
- Certification as sommelier or mixologist is a plus
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification (TIPS or equivalent) preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and implement innovative beverage programs reflecting current trends and luxury standards
- Curate and manage diverse wine lists, cocktail menus, and non-alcoholic options enhancing dining and leisure experiences
- Oversee seasonal beverage updates ensuring quality and creativity
- Lead, motivate, and mentor beverage managers, bartenders, sommeliers, and support staff
- Provide training on product knowledge, customer service, and drink preparation
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment
- Maintain high standards of guest service ensuring exceptional quality and luxury
- Engage with guests to personalize beverage experiences and handle feedback
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships for efficient cost control
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of bars and beverage storage
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef to integrate beverages into dining
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative concepts
- Plan and execute special events, tastings, and promotions
- Develop and manage beverage department budget while ensuring profitability
- Monitor beverage cost, labor costs, and revenue targets
