Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in beverage management in luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Strong leadership skills with team-building ability
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proven budget management and cost control experience
  • Expertise in mixology and beverage trends
  • Dynamic and guest-centric personality
  • Fluency in English
  • Certification as Sommelier or Mixologist is a plus
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification (TIPS or equivalent) preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue
  • Expertise in mixology, wine pairings, and beverage trends
  • A dynamic, guest-centric personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
  • Fluency in English required
  • additional language skills are a plus
  • Certification as a Sommelier or Mixologist is a plus

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement innovative beverage programs that reflect current trends, guest preferences, and the resort's luxury standards
  • Curate and manage a diverse wine list, cocktail menu, and non-alcoholic options that enhance the resort's dining and leisure experiences
  • Oversee seasonal updates to beverage offerings and ensure consistent quality and creativity
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of beverage managers, bartenders, sommeliers, and support staff
  • Create an engaging and educational environment, offering training on product knowledge, customer service, and drink preparation
  • Foster teamwork and promote a positive, high-energy atmosphere that motivates staff to provide outstanding service
  • Maintain the highest standards of guest service, ensuring all beverage-related experiences meet the resort's exceptional standards of quality and luxury
