Job Requirements

- 2+ years experience overseeing beverage programs in restaurants
- strong leadership abilities
- knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation
- familiarity with computer applications such as Word, Excel, scheduling software, and HR systems
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
