Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience overseeing beverage programs in restaurants
  • strong leadership abilities
  • knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation
  • familiarity with computer applications such as Word, Excel, scheduling software, and HR systems
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years of experience managing beverage programs at reputable restaurants
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • in-depth knowledge of wine varietals and craft cocktails
  • proficiency with scheduling and inventory software
