Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5 plus years of relevant multiunit or headquarters-level experience in beverage innovation or foodservice
- proven barista skills and coffee expertise
- exceptional presentation and communication skills
- demonstrated thought leadership in beverage and flavor development
- ability to travel frequently across the U.S. and handle demo equipment
- valid driver’s license
- willingness to work remotely with 40 to 60 percent travel
- this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Extensive beverage expertise with deep coffee knowledge and proven barista skills
- experience developing specialty beverages for foodservice or retail cafe brands
- outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to captivate and influence diverse audiences
- proven thought leadership in beverage and flavor pairings including trend analysis and creative application
- ability to travel extensively nationwide and valid driver’s license
- 5 plus years of multiunit, headquarters-level experience with a national or multimarket brand
- SCA certifications or equivalent barista trainer credentials preferred
- familiarity with beverage station design, equipment basics, and category P and L levers preferred
Job Duties
- Support national and regional account teams with beverage-led customer engagements, demos, and ideation sessions
- create specialty coffee and non-coffee beverages, seasonal rotations, and LTOs aligned with brand guardrails and operational realities
- deliver barista skills training and beverage station setup guidance
- develop SOPs and e-learning content
- curate tastings showcasing beverage solutions and manage demo logistics for trade shows and customer events
- lead collaborative menu development and flavor pairing sessions
- work with sales, brand marketing, and commercial development teams to position products and prioritize applications
- maintain and manage a strong pipeline of beverage opportunities to drive sales conversion through consultative selling and follow-up
