Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
- At least 3 years of bar or cocktail restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of current trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- Proficiency in scheduling and labor cost management
- Experience with inventory, payroll, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to work long hours
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for luxury hospitality and guest service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in luxury hospitality
- At least 3 years of management experience in a cocktail restaurant and bar setting
- Proven ability to create innovative and elegant cocktail recipes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills including inventory and payroll management
- Experience with labor scheduling and cost control
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a 24-hour operation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Create and execute creative cocktail recipes inspired by current trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- Lead and manage the cocktail restaurant and bar team to ensure high performance and excellent guest service
- Oversee scheduling to optimize labor costs and streamline processes
- Manage inventory, payroll, and cost control to meet financial targets
- Train and develop staff, fostering a strong team environment and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
