Job Requirements

  • passionate about luxury hospitality and service
  • minimum two years of similar work experience
  • three years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • experience executing creative cocktail recipes
  • knowledgeable about latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
  • skilled in scheduling and minimizing labor costs
  • strong training and relationship building capabilities
  • experience in administrative tasks including inventory, payroll, and cost control
  • excellent organizational and technical skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a team
  • flexible and willing to work long hours in a 24-hour operation
  • energetic, passionate, and dedicated

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of experience in a similar beverage director role
  • at least three years of experience managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine trends
  • proven experience in scheduling and minimizing labor costs
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to lead and inspire teams
  • experience with inventory, payroll, and cost controls
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexible to meet demands of a 24-hour operation

Job Duties

  • lead and manage the beverage team to ensure excellence in service and innovation
  • create and execute creative cocktail recipes reflecting current trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
  • oversee scheduling, labor cost management, and operational efficiency
  • coach, train, and develop staff to uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism
  • manage inventory, payroll, and cost control procedures
  • maintain a proactive and methodical approach to team leadership
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
