Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in beverage management or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in sales reporting and inventory software
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Valid certification in beverage service or sommelier level is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in beverage program management
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage trends
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Experience working with suppliers and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Create and implement innovative and profitable beverage menus and promotions
  • Develop and manage the beverage budget and control costs including inventory and labor
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate all beverage staff
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared and served to high-quality standards and maintain cleanliness and safety regulations
  • Oversee beverage ordering, inventory, and waste reduction and build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate sales contests, events, and marketing initiatives
