Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to carry and balance trays carrying up to 30 pounds
- Ability to navigate crowded spaces and adapt to casino conditions including bright lights and noise
- Ability to work in a high-volume, stressful environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
- Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to recommend drinks and upsell popular items
- Strong teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders
- Relay drink orders accurately to the bar staff
- Carry and balance trays of beverages while serving guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory by stocking and organizing the cocktail server room
- Provide attentive guest service and address customer requests and complaints
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
