Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- AES card required
- ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification
- must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours
- previous restaurant and/or cocktail experience preferred
- ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language

- possess excellent communication skills, both in written and oral form

- excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
- must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours
- attend and participate in meetings in order to be informed of new rules, regulations and procedures and to discuss scheduling and/or other concerns
Job Duties
- Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all customers in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction
- promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all "call", and "premium" brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis, before, after and during shift
- listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
- interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner
