Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class "A" gaming license
  • LEAD certification
  • TIPS certification
  • Working knowledge of Micros (POS)
  • Must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work with a positive attitude in a fast-paced and culturally diverse casino environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to work with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class "A" gaming license

Job Duties

  • Present in a professional manner at all times
  • Receive and distribute beverage requests in scheduled area in a timely manner
  • Communicate with management regarding any area in need of special attention to better facilitate excellent guest service
  • Properly and accurately input drink orders
  • Retrieve and return all glassware in assigned area
  • Clean and stock service area
  • Advise bar backs when supplies are low
  • Verify Micros receipt to ensure accuracy
  • Abide by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PRC
  • Other duties as assigned
