Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- flexibility to bend, reach and navigate crowded spaces
- ability to adapt to bright lights and noise typical of casino conditions
- able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and take beverage orders
- deliver drinks to guests in a timely manner
- process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
- maintain inventory by stocking and organizing the cocktail server room
- carry and balance trays of beverages
- ensure cleanliness of service areas
- provide excellent guest service by attending to customer needs and handling complaints professionally
