Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or its equivalency preferred
- Two years previous customer service experience preferred
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to public employees and customers
- Must have ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees
- Must have ability to resolve problems conflicts in diplomatic and tactful manner
- Must adhere to the SGC Shoe policy for all beverage cocktail servers
- Must be able to stand walk and move through all areas of the casino
- Must maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in fast paced casino environment
- Must be able to work in environment where smoking is permitted
- Must complete all required SGC training programs within nine months from commencement of employment

- Must have outgoing friendly personality and cheerful accommodating disposition
- Must adhere to the SGC Shoe policy for all beverage cocktail servers

Job Duties
- Work in assigned area such as dining room lounge or casino floor and take beverage orders from guests
- Present beverage order to bartender and write checks properly while waiting for preparation
- Present check to guest accept payment and give change
- Maintain server station in neat clean and sanitary condition
- Be knowledgeable of casino promotions and provide answers to customer questions
- Inform customers of special events and facilities
- Maintain understanding of policies and comply with information security policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate professionally
- Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies
- Complete required training programs
- Attend necessary meetings
- Garnish drink orders and deliver drinks to players
- Circulate announcing cocktails and taking orders
- Place drink orders at service bar
- Reach bend and serve drinks collect glasses clean ashtrays
- Keep service station clean and stocked
- Walk up and down stairs or ramps continuously
- Detect intoxicated customers and refuse service
- Clean up glasses at end of shift
