Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol service certification
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications

- ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations
- great communication skills
- experience in high volume dining or bartending
- knowledge of mixology
Job Duties
- prepares and/or serves beverages following standard practices and recipes
- maintains cleanliness and safety of work and guest areas
- maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed in accordance with procedures
- monitors guest consumption of alcohol, intervening as needed according to established practices
- operates the POS system in accordance with established procedures
- coordinates beverage service to maintain an efficient service flow
- participates in special events and promotes the venue
