Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food and beverage serving experience preferred
Ability to work overnight and swing shifts
Must be 21 years or older
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle cash and use point of sale systems
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License

Job Qualifications

Previous casino experience preferred
Maintain an updated knowledge of the brands of beer, wine and liquors being offered for consumption at the bars and the current prices
Available to work all shifts
Knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures
Adhere to, enforce and practice all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
Continuously watch for signs of intoxication for the protection and enjoyment of our guests
Adhere to all grooming standards
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License

Job Duties

Complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area
Take and correctly ring in drink orders, delivering them promptly to guests
Follow casino/department drink service policies and check IDs to verify guests' age
Monitor guests for safe alcohol consumption and provide recommendations for wine, beer, or spirits
Clear beverages and other items according to sanitation standards and stock service items as needed
