Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage serving experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight and swing shifts
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and use point of sale systems
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
Job Qualifications
- Previous casino experience preferred
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the brands of beer, wine and liquors being offered for consumption at the bars and the current prices
- Available to work all shifts
- Knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures
- Adhere to, enforce and practice all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
- Continuously watch for signs of intoxication for the protection and enjoyment of our guests
- Adhere to all grooming standards
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
Job Duties
- Complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area
- Take and correctly ring in drink orders, delivering them promptly to guests
- Follow casino/department drink service policies and check IDs to verify guests' age
- Monitor guests for safe alcohol consumption and provide recommendations for wine, beer, or spirits
- Clear beverages and other items according to sanitation standards and stock service items as needed
