Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- ability to work in a team environment
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to perform simple reading, math, writing and complete tasks
- possess clerical, coordination, analysis, precision, instruction following, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making skills
- flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
- must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card license
Job Qualifications
- Previous cocktail server experience preferred
- ability to work in a team environment
- excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- basic math and reading skills
- clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, precision working, following instructions, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making skills
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- minimum 21 years of age
- must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card license
Job Duties
- Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction
- promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all call and premium brands as requested, pass on order to bartender, properly garnish and deliver to guest in a timely manner
- always maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment, etc
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar daily, before, after and during shift
- listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
- interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner
- any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position
