Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to carry and balance a full tray of drinks
- Knowledge of different types of beverages
- Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests responsibly
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine brands

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly courteous manner
- Receive and understand beverage orders
- relay drink orders to bartenders
- Know what brands of liquor, beer and wine we offer as comped beverages
- Carry and balance a full tray of beverages
- Keep glasses picked up
- area clear of paper and other debris as time permits
- Circulate throughout assigned work station on a continuous basis
- Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person
- never a beer and a shot
- Be aware of intoxicated guests
- stay current on care training
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
