Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills for dealing with customers, employees, and vendors
- Must be able to stand on feet for entire work shift
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for 30 percent of the time working

- Strong communication skills
- Experience in cash handling or retail preferred
- Knowledge of beer and wine products helpful
- Ability to work standing for entire shift

Job Duties
- Run the cash register for a large portion of the work shift and work within cashier accountability policy
- Maintain acceptable inventory levels by rotating and replenishing products
- Preserve excellent internal and external customer service
- Identify and respond proactively to customer needs
- Ensure proper food availability in the café with communication to the Deli Department
- Provide training to new café employees on products and procedures
- Maintain good relationships with beverage and wine vendors through regular communication
- Communicate department concerns and objectives with store management and Beverage Manager
- Comply with health, safety, and PLCB regulations
- Enforce and oversee Beer and Wine policies regarding alcohol sales and identification
- Greet customers and observe their needs
- Abide by Redner’s Markets policies and employee handbook
