Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- TABC certification or the ability to obtain it
- Food Handlers certification preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to responsibly serve alcohol (TABC and Food Handlers certification or equivalent preferred)
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests promptly and assisting with food and beverage selections
- Make recommendations and inform guests of current specials
- Promote food and beverage offerings
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and applicable laws
- Take and process payments for beverages and snacks using prescribed cash handling and POS procedures
- Verify guest identification to ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to individuals under the age of 21
- Maintain beverage and snack quality, presentation, and service standards at all times
- Monitor guest needs throughout service and respond promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the beverage cart, bar equipment, snack bar, golf course areas, and related facilities
- Perform cart and bar setup and breakdown procedures, including stocking, replenishing inventory, and reporting supply needs
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
