Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, specials, and offerings
- demonstrate a solid understanding of all liquor, beer, and wine available to members and guests
- accurately record and process all food and beverage sales
- create memorable experiences indoors and outdoors that members and guests will want to repeat
- greet each guest warmly with an introduction using their name whenever possible
- provide attentive, personalized service by taking and fulfilling orders accurately offering additional items and anticipating guest needs
- offer desserts and beverages remove items as needed replenish utensils and ensure a polished service experience
- properly open and pour wine tableside in accordance with club standards
- obtain and manage assigned bank responsibly when operating the beverage cart
- check fuel and fluid levels before use
- follow all procedures for obtaining food, ice, beverages, and sundries including opening and closing inventories
- stock the cart with food, beverages, ice, sundries, and emergency supplies
- meet every guest at least twice on each nine to ensure consistent service
- reconcile bank and inventory at the end of the shift
- clean and store the cart properly
- assist with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the clubhouse
- perform additional duties as assigned by the manager on duty
- demonstrate a commitment to service, teamwork, and upholding club standards
