Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or its equivalency
- two years of previous beverage experience
- knowledge of operating a cash register
- ability to operate relevant bar equipment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively
- ability to interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- physical stamina to stand, walk and move through the casino
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work around smoking environments
- completion of required training programs within nine months
- adherence to company policies and attendance guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or its equivalency
- two years of previous beverage experience
- previous customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of operating a cash register
- ability to operate juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines and other necessary equipment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to write routine correspondence
- ability to speak effectively to the public
- ability to interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically
Job Duties
- Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- mix drinks and collect payment from guests
- count bank at the beginning and end of shift and complete necessary paperwork
- take beverage orders and communicate clearly with customers
- clean bar area and restock supplies during slow periods
- lift bar top and work within a narrow bar space
- address guests pleasantly at all times
- acquire casino layout knowledge and direct guests
- maintain understanding of information security policies
- provide exceptional customer service professionally
- meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies
- complete all required training programs within nine months of employment
- attend necessary meetings
- operate dishwasher and prepare garnishes
- carry glass racks
- keep bar stocked including beer, liquors, and wines
