Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or its equivalency required
- two years previous beverage experience required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of operating a cash register
- ability to operate specialized bar equipment including juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines
- excellent communication skills
- ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public
- ability to interact well with customers and employees and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- physical ability to stand, walk and move through casino areas
- ability to maintain stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
- ability to work in an environment where smoking is permitted
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- mix drinks and collect payment from guests
- count bank at the beginning and end of shifts, complete necessary paperwork
- take beverage orders clearly and communicate effectively in English
- clean and restock bar area including lifting, bending, and reaching
- lift bar top and navigate narrow workspace approximately 4.5 feet wide
- address guests pleasantly and provide superior customer service
- acquire knowledge of casino layout to assist with guest directions
- maintain compliance with information security policies and company guidelines
- complete required training programs and attend meetings
- operate dishwasher and clean glassware
- prepare garnishes and handle bar stocking duties
