Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or its equivalency required
- two years previous beverage experience required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of operating a cash register
- ability to operate juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines and other necessary equipment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public
- ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully

Job Duties
- prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- mix drinks and collect payment from guests
- count bank at beginning and end of shift, completing necessary paperwork
- take beverage orders from customers and communicate clearly in English
- clean bar area and restock supplies during slow periods
- lift bar top to enter/leave bar work area
- address guests pleasantly at all times
- acquire knowledge of casino layout and provide proper directions
- maintain understanding of policy and information security guidelines
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional work environment
- meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies
- complete required training programs
- attend necessary meetings
- operate dishwasher to clean glasses
- prepare garnishes including cutting/slicing fruit
- keep bar stocked including lifting, bending and reaching
