Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in barback or similar support role preferred
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- capacity to lift and pull up to 50lbs regularly and occasionally handle more than 50lbs
- must be able to obtain Pennsylvania Non-Gaming License
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and health regulations
- must be 21 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- cooperative friendly nature with well-groomed appearance
- ability to understand Material Safety Data Sheets relevant to the position
- must be able to obtain a RAMP certification
- strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work various shifts including holidays
- obtain and maintain all necessary state licensing for the role
