Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bar experience preferred
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
- Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricted areas
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
- Able to work fast pace in crowded and noisy environment
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and perform various physical tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers and bartenders
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Serve as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- Promote casino events and programs
- Provide personalized service using guest names
- Resolve service problems according to guidelines
- Work well with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors and casino supervisors
- Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar
- Obtain replacement stock from warehouse inventory according to procedure
- Place liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in designated places following storage and safety guidelines
- Replace empty draught beer kegs
- Slice and pit fruit
- Fill ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated machines
- Operate and maintain equipment and utensils safely
- Remove and dispose of all bar debris according to procedures
- Wipe counter areas, sinks and floors to maintain cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with health and safety standards
