- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- strong attention to cleanliness and safety
- prior experience in hospitality or bar service preferred
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- maintain proper stock rotation and levels in assigned bars
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and equipment
- keep all floors free of debris and spills
- support bartenders and cocktail servers in efficient operation
- monitor inventory and restock as needed
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations
