Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
  • 1+ year of food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of previous bar back experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
  • must maintain proper portion control safety and health standards

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
  • 1+ year of previous food and beverage experience in a fast-pace environment with 1 year of bar back experience in a previous upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining proper portion control safety health and excellent service guest standards

Job Duties

  • practice support and promote company culture and service standards
  • maintain a clean properly stocked and organized bar lounge dining area and side station including glassware garnishes ice condiments and dry goods
  • verify par levels for all products and equipment needs at the beginning of every shift
  • bring shortages and needs to the attention of a manager on duty
  • communicate effectively with guests team members and management in both written and verbal form
