Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- able to obtain and maintain a Colorado support gaming license
- minimum one year of food and beverage experience in fast-paced environment
- at least one year of barback experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant
- ability to work in high-volume environment with proper safety and service standards

Job Duties
- Provide above and beyond the best experience to guests with elegance and charm
- maintain general menu knowledge and basic understanding of wine and spirits
- support food and beverage service for assigned outlet including bar, lounge, and dining areas
- maintain proper health standards and a safe work environment
- keep bar, lounge, dining area and side stations clean, properly stocked and organized
- verify par levels for all products and equipment at the beginning of every shift
- communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
- bring shortages and needs to the attention of the manager on duty
- practice and promote Monarch Casino company culture and service standards
