Job Requirements

- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift and carry moderate weight
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in hospitality or bar service preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good physical stamina

Job Duties
- maintain proper stock rotation and levels in assigned bars
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and equipment
- keep floors free of debris and spills to maintain safety
- assist bartenders and cocktail servers with timely replenishment of supplies
- support efficient bar operations by organizing stock and supplies
- monitor and report inventory discrepancies
- help set up and break down bar stations
