Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to six months related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license
- Flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pallet jack training
- Food safety certification
- TIPs training

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license

Job Duties
- Stock and rotate all dated product in all beverage storage coolers
- Rotate, fill, and maintain Berg liquor dispensing system
- Transport and maintain all CO2 tanks throughout the casino floor
- Take daily production stockroom inventories for proper accountability
- Assist in weekly inventories taken by inventory control
- Conduct monthly bar audits at all bars and service bars
- Program bottle spouts as it pertains to the Berg liquor dispensing system
- Maintain and follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Abide by all liquor laws and policies set forth by Pechanga Resort Casino
- Provide deep cleaning of assigned areas, up to and including all bars and BOH beverage areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
