Job Duties
- Set the bar up for service including icing the bars and fruit delivery
- break down the bar after service
- maintain proper parts within the bar including correct alcohol brand and size beer
- run alcohol mixers and food to the bar
- maintain smooth running of the bar
- understand and execute responsible alcohol service
- maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- check draft keg levels and change as needed
- assist bartender with preparing drinks
- have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
- navigate the arena and assist guests
- ensure event standards of service are met
- support other food and beverage departments as needed
- perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers
