Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks including organizing supplies and equipment
- clean all equipment and work areas
- lock doors at the end of shifts after supervisor confirmation
- organize, stock and maintain work areas
- restock ice, glassware and paper provisions
- clear dirty items from bars and tables
- maintain cleanliness of bar, furniture, tables and other tools according to established guidelines
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure neat and professional uniform and appearance
- protect company information and assets
- support co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- lift and move objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
- stand, sit or walk for extended periods during shifts
- read and visually verify information
- handle objects with fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, climbing stairs and ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable job-related duties as assigned by supervisors
