Job Duties

  • Perform opening and closing tasks including organizing supplies and equipment
  • clean all equipment and work areas
  • lock doors at the end of shifts after supervisor confirmation
  • organize, stock and maintain work areas
  • restock ice, glassware and paper provisions
  • clear dirty items from bars and tables
  • maintain cleanliness of bar, furniture, tables and other tools according to established guidelines
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • ensure neat and professional uniform and appearance
  • protect company information and assets
  • support co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist team in achieving common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • lift and move objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • stand, sit or walk for extended periods during shifts
  • read and visually verify information
  • handle objects with fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
  • perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, climbing stairs and ramps
  • greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
  • perform other reasonable job-related duties as assigned by supervisors
