Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing tasks including organizing supplies and instruments
  • Clean all equipment and work areas
  • secure doors and check out with supervisor before leaving
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furniture, tables, and instruments according to established guidelines
  • follow all company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete required safety training and certifications
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
  • maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist team in achieving common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • lift, move, or transport objects under 50 pounds unassisted
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
  • read and visually verify information in various formats
  • use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handle objects
  • perform physical actions such as reaching, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs or ramps
  • greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally including answering phone calls
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
