Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks including organizing supplies and instruments
- Clean all equipment and work areas
- secure doors and check out with supervisor before leaving
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furniture, tables, and instruments according to established guidelines
- follow all company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete required safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- lift, move, or transport objects under 50 pounds unassisted
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handle objects
- perform physical actions such as reaching, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs or ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally including answering phone calls
