Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
- Previous casino beverage experience recommended
- 2-5 years of food and/or beverage management experience preferred
- Ability to understand and apply financial reports
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 45 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
- Previous casino beverage experience is recommended
- 2-5 years of Food and/or Beverage Management experience or a relevant degree in hospitality recommended but not required
- Ability to understand and apply financial reports, problem-solve, manage conflicts, and use mediation skills effectively
- Knowledge of sales techniques, guest needs, and state-of-the-art sales methods, with a focus on setting and meeting sales goals
- Must be able to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- possess excellent guest service and communication skills
- handle physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 45 lbs
Job Duties
- Oversee all beverage operations on the casino floor and in restaurants, ensuring compliance with Food and Beverage Manager standards and company regulations
- Monitor and ensure accuracy and compliance with administrative duties of supervisory staff and departmental policies
- Recruit, interview, and recommend hires for all beverage positions, including Beverage Servers, Bartenders, and Bar Backs
- Coach and discipline team members as needed
- Ensure adherence to beverage portion control policies and manage inventory, including jigger pours and carafes
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of the beverage operation and achieve departmental revenue and expense budget goals
