Job Duties
- Plan and direct administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs
- implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing
- participate in menu design and planning to attract clientele
- interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff ensuring compliance with Hilton policies
- regularly review and respond to customer feedback and troubleshoot service recovery
