Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, education, or community engagement preferred
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Comfortable leading groups and public speaking
- Local knowledge of Vermont is a plus

Job Duties
- Welcome and inspire visitors by making their first moments personal and exciting
- Lead tours through hangars, labs, and test areas explaining the technology and company vision
- Represent BETA’s culture and values with energy and clear communication
- Act as concierge for employees assisting with internal navigation and connections
- Partner with teams to organize visits, events, and special community moments
